Few points just based on experience :
If PO is marked for deletion - deletion indicator is on, the std extractor 2LIS_02_ITM wont bring such PO line item.
check with the SCL as sing PO Line item can have multiple schedule line items (with multiple GR/IR).
In our case we first staged the data as it is in DSO and then bring in the new DSO called consolidated DSO. This DSOwill have key as PO and LIne item and take data from ITMDSO as it is. But need to keepstart routine code to get single record for PO-Line item by calculating single value of amt and qty from multiple SCl records.
