Check whether there are any inconsistencies in master data tables using RSRV.
BW 730 provides a feature of mass update of SIDS which is done through temporary tables. Due to some reason if the temporary tables are not present in the system then the system tries to create these temporary tables Might be at the same time "SAP_DROP_TMPTABLES" program might be running which clears all temporary tables irrespective whether it is used or not or the cause might be a program error.
/BI0/06 ... are names of tables that are used during query processing, These tables are reused but not deleted from the SAP DDIC. So can you check whether the corresponding table /bi0/06... exists in SE11 or not. If it exists in SE11 then it could be a program error for which you can raise SAP Note.
Just do a SQL trace at the time when the attribute chain fails,and post it which could help to analyse. Also check SLG1 logs for that particlar time period.
