You can Allow to user to post Entry in bank Account GL Only by using validation,

Write a validation (OB28 ) as -

Prerequisite -Company cose = xxxx and Transaction code = FBCJ

Check -GL Account In SETGLBANK (Create Set using GS01 )

Message - Create Message as you want
