Manipulate duplicate check

I use SAP C4C and want to ask, if it is possible to configure the conditions of duplicate check?

I mean is there any possibility to specify what weak check is or at what point a weak check becomes

a medium check?

And is it possible to access or to manipulate the duplicate check from the program code in the SDK?
