when the loading indicator icon is "hanging" this is a quite clear case for a java script issue. Such issues will be pushed also into the server side log, but as the push is implemented with java script, you can imagine that this is not a 100% sure situation.
in your case, there is a syntax error in some file at line 313. this does not say much, as the scripts are "minified". but if you switch on the developer tools, you will fing the line. Syntax error is nothing what you can correct, so this is quite clear case for a customer issue.
why you have it?
probably you have some constellation in the application which is causing syntax and was not autched by either test automattion nor manual tests.
what you can do?
* add the DEBUG=X parameter to the URL, then the scripts are not minified and the syntax line will be saying something
* open the developer tools and see what will be printed out on console. there you will see the file, if you send me the name we can check which area is affaected (component).
but, this will need to end in report of customer incident probably.
