BIN LOCATION in Sap B1 9.0

We are trying to add bin location in the bin location table, and the message below is coming:

This entry already exists in the following tables  'Warehouse Sublevel' (OBSL) (ODBC -2035)  [Message 131-183].

Any feedback on what needs to be done?
