Function sequence Error in NW 7.3

Hi,

i have a problem to installation NW 7.3. I got a "ODBC Driver Manager Function sequence error" on installation.

i expanded my Virtual Instance 8 GB to 12 GB but i get a still error.

PS.: i have SQL Server 2008 on the same instance!
