Not bound text in the table view

Hello Experts,

  I have created some BillingPlan Items and showing in a table view.

When i created them they appeared properly. when i am clicking on saving, they are appearing like this when trying too open the same Quote for the next time.

ALso when i read them next time they appear fine, with saved values. WHen i do some event like clicking, again not bound is filled.

Current reference field in the Get method of these attributes are not having the proper value. WHy is it happening so ?
